Audio/Visual
Once per month, before and during worship
Help facilitate the worship service by managing the sound board or running slides. Ample training will be provided.
Children’s Ministry
Needs vary, flexible
Share Jesus with our many children aged 0-6th grade by teaching and leading during the 9:15 Class Hour or assisting with childcare during the worship service.
Coffee
Once per month, 8:45-9:15am
Pick up pre-ordered coffee travelers before Class Hour and set up accordingly in our Welcome Space.
Set-Up Team
At least once per month, 7:00-8:30am
Assist our trailer driver in loading the trailer at our offsite storage facility, then unloading at Woodson before class hour begins. Onsite instruction and training is provided.
Tear-Down Team
At least once per month, 12:00-12:30pm
Many hands make light work! You’ll stay 30 minutes after the service to help us pack and load all sound equipment, children’s classroom supplies, and other materials into our trailer. Onsite instruction is provided, and a great way for families to serve together.
Welcome Team
Once per month, throughout the morning
As an exterior door greeter, usher during the service, or welcome table host, help make Woodson a hospitable space and assist visitors and guests to get connected.
