Sundays for Your Kids

We’re committed to coming alongside your family to help kids know and experience the gospel. Masks are required for ages 5 and up (and are encouraged for younger children).

At 9am & 10:45am

WALKERS – 2 YEARS
Nursery – Infants and toddlers experience Jesus’ love in a safe and engaging environment while parents enjoy worship.

AGES 3 YEARS – PRE-K

  • Sunday School (starts 9/12) – On 9/12, we celebrate our fall kick-off and promote our classes to the next grade, resuming our Sunday School programming for ages 3–Pre-K during the morning services. Register a child for the fall semester.

While we temporarily meet at the Sherwood Center we’re very limited on space. We hope to bring back our K–6th Grade Sunday School program once we have more space and volunteers.

If anyone in your residence has a temperature of 100.4 or above, any COVID-19 symptoms, any known exposure to someone with COVID-19, or is waiting for COVID-19 test results, please stay home and worship with us online.

Health & Safety precautions

We seek to provide a safe, healthy, stimulating environment where your kids feel confident to learn and explore. All regular volunteers are screened and the church implements a Child Abuse Prevention Policy, which includes staffing each room with a minimum of two adults.

The following measures help us care for one another and our community:

  • Masks should cover mouth and nose and will be required indoors for teachers and children 5 years and older. Masks are encouraged for children 4 years and younger.
  • Hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies will be used regularly.

WIGGLE Area: AGES 0–PRE-K

Need a bit more space or a chance to get the wiggles out? During our 9am and 10:45am services, your family can join us in our Wiggle Area. As we meet in various Fairfax locations, we’ll have a designated area with toys for your little ones so you can continue to worship along.

WORSHIP PACKS: Ages 4 yrs–6th grade

Kids are always welcome in worship, and we believe that worshiping together as a family is an important foundation for your child’s faith. At each service, tote bags and clipboards are available with special kids’ worship guides, crayons/colored pencils, and activities. Simply return the worship pack after the service!
